“Personal Information” is information that individually identifies you, such as your mobile phone number or user/screen name, as well as the any Personal Information that you choose to include in messages you send through the Service. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third parties except for messaging partners, for the purpose of enabling and operating our text messaging program.

Seafolly’s third-party service provider gives you the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. Text the single keyword command STOP to Seafolly Australia or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message.  

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Service, such as announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.  

Retention of Information  

We retain your Personal Information for as long as you participate in the Service or as needed to comply with applicable legal obligations. We will also retain and use your Personal Information as necessary to resolve disputes, protect us and our customers, and enforce our agreements.
