Seafolly x Kollab Giveaway 

1. Promoter:
The promoter of this giveaway is Seafolly Pty Ltd (ABN: 43 001 537 748 of Building 3&4 The Mill, 41043 Bourke Rd, Alexandria, NSW, 2015, Australia)

2. Entry Period:
The giveaway opens at 3:30pm AEDT on 18th December 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 22nd December 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility:

  • Open to Australian residents only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older.
  • Employees of Seafolly, Kollab, and their agencies, and immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter:

  • Like the giveaway post on Seafolly’s official Instagram account.
  • Follow Seafolly on Instagram.
  • Tag a friend in the comments of the post.
  • Each tag is a separate entry.
  • Additional entry for sharing the post to Instagram stories.

5. Prize:

  • 2x Summer Gift Sets for the winner and a friend, consisting of:
  • 2x Kollab Gift Sets (one for the winner, one for their friend)
  • 1x $500 Seafolly voucher
  • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period.
  • The draw will take place on 23rd December 2025.

7. Winner Notification:

  • The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message the day of the draw. 
  • The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, Seafolly reserves the right to select a new winner.

8. Delivery of Prize:

  • Prize will be delivered to an Australian address provided by the winner.
  • Estimated delivery is within 14 days of confirmation of winner details.

9. Privacy:

  • Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
  • By entering, you consent to Seafolly using your name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes related to this giveaway.

10. General Conditions:
