Capturing the fragile beauty of the Whitsundays has always been on our wish list and who better to take on such an important task, then home-grown photographer Simon Upton.
In the last 10 years Simon has established himself as one of the top fashion and portrait photographers, with his work featuring in leading magazines and advertising campaigns globally.
Owing to his location expertise, Simon travels regularly, but is never too far from the water – he used to be a successful swimmer and loves a surf.
He continues to evolve both in his use of light and his natural ability to make his subjects feel a certain sense of ease, the intimacy he creates is what we love most about his work and approach.
